1. How early should I place my order?

Please place your order at least 2–3 days in advance.
All our cakes are baked fresh upon order, so we appreciate the time to prepare each one with love and care.

2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We arrange delivery via Lalamove, cash on delivery. 
Delivery charges depend on your location and will be notified by us before booking.

Tip: Make sure someone is home to receive the cake — we want it to arrive as perfect as it left our kitchen!

3. Can I do self-pickup instead?

Yes! You can self-pickup from our home bakery located in Fernvale / Layar LRT.

4. How long can I store the cakes?

Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh on the same day.
If needed, you can refrigerate them and consume within 2–3 days.

5. What makes Rachel’s Bakery special?

Each cake is homemade in small batches, using traditional Filipino recipes.
We focus on simple, heartwarming flavors — just like the cakes you’d find back home in the Philippines.

6. Do you cater for parties or bulk orders?

Yes, we can! For bulk or special event orders, please message us directly via Instagram or WhatsApp to confirm lead time and pricing.
