Their compliments and encouragement planted a tiny seed in her heart – the idea of sharing her creations with more people.

Unlike many bakeries, Rachel’s Bakery isn’t about mass production or rushing through orders. We remain a small, home-based bakery by choice. Every cake is baked fresh to order, ensuring that our customers receive not just a product but a labor of love. Ann personally handles each step of the process, from carefully selecting the finest ingredients to putting the final touches on every cake.

Our signature offerings, the Ube Yema Cake and Yema Cake, reflect Ann’s deep connection to her Filipino heritage. These cakes are a celebration of traditional flavors with a modern twist, designed to bring a sense of nostalgia and comfort to those who enjoy them.

Rachel’s Bakery is named after Ann’s only child, Rachel.
